What we can act on

  • Content that harasses, threatens, or targets a specific individual
  • Suspected money laundering or financial crime connected to a listing

  • Data protection or privacy violations

We are not able to act on commercial disputes, negative reviews, or complaints about the quality of a professional's work — those should be directed to the professional's regulatory body or redress scheme.
